Norwegian Wood
The Fløibanen funicular in Bergen leads to the top of a mountain with the most spectacular views of Norway. They say on sunny days there is nothing quite like sitting on the steps of Mount Fløyen with a melting ice cream in your hand while you try to pin point the sights you will check out later. On a rainy summer day this is what you get. Trees that are seemingly from a fairytale and they appear to be capable of uprooting and marching up the mountain to fight a mythical battle. I will take the rain and fog anyway to see this once in a lifetime emerald forest of Norwegian Wood.Location: Bergen Norway.
