Cigars and gasoline permeate the salty ocean air of Havana Cuba. This image is Cuban to the core. Like most of my photographs this scene was not arranged or set by me. No special lighting, no cars staged in front of that graffitied wall, and no painting or manipulation of that scene. This is really how it looks in Cuba. Classic American cars, pastel buildings with rich colors and textures, and graffiti that gives a nod to Cuban government. In this the case May 1st. In Havana more than a million workers, gather at the Plaza de la Revolucion at the foot of the giant statue of Cuba's godfather of the Revolution - Jose Marti. Cuba is a photographers dream!
